London Team Shortlisted for Frontline Multi-Agency Partnership Award
We’re delighted to share some fantastic news - our London team has been shortlisted for the Frontline Multi-Agency Partnership Award.
This is a brilliant and well-deserved recognition of the team’s ongoing commitment to strong, effective partnership working. Day-to-day, the London teams are embedded in the London Boroughs they serve - Haringey, Redbridge and Tower hamlets - working closely alongside professionals from across services, bringing different perspectives together with a shared focus on improving outcomes for children and families.
Multi-agency collaboration is never simple. It takes time, trust, clear communication and a genuine willingness to work together around families needs. Being shortlisted for this award reflects the care, professionalism and persistence the team brings to that work and the impact that collaborative approach can have when it’s done well.
At the heart of everything is the efficacy Randomised Control Trial (RCT). Funded by the Youth Endowment Fund, the RCT follows a successful pilot RCT in Redbridge, which demonstrates the FFT model can be adapted effectively for the UK context and achieve outcomes for young people at risk of gang involvement and child criminal exploitation.
We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved. The shortlisting is not just a moment to celebrate, but also acts as a reminder of the value of partnership working and the difference it can make when organisations and professionals align around a shared purpose.
Well done to the entire London team.
