FPM named on the SE100 Index 2026 – and a special congratulations to Tom Jefford

We’re incredibly proud to share that Family Psychology Mutual (FPM) has been named on the SE100 Index 2026, which celebrates the UK’s most impactful and innovative social enterprises.

Alongside this organisational milestone, we’re also delighted to recognise Tom Jefford, our CEO, who has been included on the first ever SE100 list of Pioneering Impact Leaders. This new list shines a spotlight on individuals whose leadership is helping to shape the future of social enterprise – and we couldn’t think of a more deserving recipient.

What is the SE100 Index?

The SE100 Index recognises social enterprises that are leading the way in creating positive social change, combining purpose with strong, sustainable business models. Being included is a real honour and places FPM among organisations that are demonstrating excellence, innovation and long‑term impact across the UK.

For us, this recognition reflects more than growth or scale. It speaks to the consistent, values‑driven work our teams deliver every day in partnership with families, services and communities.

A collective achievement

At FPM, we exist to help families stay safely together and build stronger futures, particularly where children and young people are at risk of entering care or custody. Our inclusion on the SE100 Index is a testament to the dedication, expertise and compassion of our employee‑owners, who bring evidence‑based practice and humanity together in everything they do.

From therapists and supervisors to operations, training and central services teams, this recognition belongs to everyone who contributes to FPM’s shared mission. As an employee‑owned organisation, our impact is truly collective – shaped by collaboration, shared accountability and a deep belief in doing what works for families.

Celebrating impact‑led leadership

We’re equally proud to celebrate Tom Jefford’s inclusion on the first ever SE100 list of Pioneering Impact Leaders. This recognition reflects Tom’s long‑standing commitment to ethical leadership, innovation and creating space for others to thrive.

Under Tom’s leadership, FPM has grown while remaining firmly rooted in its values: keeping families at the centre, investing in people and delivering services with integrity and compassion. His inclusion on this list highlights the importance of leadership that is both strategic and values‑led.

Looking ahead

Being recognised on the SE100 Index 2026 is an important milestone, but it’s also a moment to reflect on what matters most: the families we work alongside, the partners who trust us, and the colleagues who show up every day committed to making a difference.

As we look ahead, we remain focused on learning, improving and expanding our impact, always guided by evidence, collaboration and the voices of the families we support.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. We’re proud of how far we’ve come – and excited for what’s still to come.
